Heads Up 20 by SeanRM Heads Up 20 by SeanRM
I love the Muppets. I remember watching the Muppet Show in reruns when I was a kid, I saw Muppets Tonight when it first aired, and the Muppet Family Christmas is probably my favorite Christmas special of all time.

Uncle Deadly here is probably my second favorite Muppet of all time, with the first being Gonzo. A wonderfully theatrical villain who stands out in the ranks of the generally good natured Muppets, Uncle Deadly first appeared as the "Phantom Of the Muppet Show" (Well, technically he appeared in an earlier episode with Vincent Price, but this was when we met him as he normally is...) wreaking havoc in the theater and scaring everyone out of their wits.

Sadly he would fade into obscurity as the years went on, but he did return in the recent Muppet film. (He was not only a welcome face on the screen, but he had a great role in the plot.)

Great work! I love Uncle Deadly and you did a great job on him--he was immediately recognizable from the thumbnail. Even though I found myself thinking "Surely not, surely even *Kinniku-G is not this awesome." And yet here we are.

Thanks! I really love drawing the Muppets, but I still need to work on getting them to look right. Uncle Deadly just seems to have suited my style wonderfully.

And I trust I have silenced any doubts regarding my awesomeness? :D

He really did--I think something about your style suits this sort of humorous, but gnarly, character.

All doubts have been irrevocably silenced! :D
