Let's Go!! Rider Week continues with it's first entry from the second generation of Riders.

After the celebration that was the Anniversary series Kamen Rider Decade (celebrating ten years since Kamen Rider returned to the airwaves with Kuuga in 2000), we were introduced to a series that celebrated all that came before it and added alot of new things. For the first time in years; not only did we have an evil organization behind the monsters our heroes faced, but for the heroes called themselves "Kamen Riders".

Futo City is an ecological metropolis focused on the future, but it is slowly being driven mad and killing itself. A mysterious power has begun to appear; Gaia Memories - for a price you can become something far greater and more powerful than a mere human. Using these a person can transform into a powerful creature called a Dopant. As Dopant based crimes rise, and the city falls into chaos - a mysterious figure appears. Using the Double Drivers, detective Hidari Shotaro and his partner Phillip are able to access the power of their own unique Gaia Memories. Two minds, one body - they are Kamen Rider Double, and they will defend the peace of the city against any who threaten it.

One of the best Kamen Rider designs I had seen, I really like the Skull looking one that went with this, with the scarf and fedora. I forget his name, lol

Yeah, the guy with the Skull, whatever was his name. :lol:

But this series really impressed the hell outta me; with solid story telling and characters, and really cool designs for the monsters and Riders.
