Strange Cheesecake Week wraps up with one that kinda breaks the rules, but also turned out quite smashing!

While I said that I probably wouldn't use any suggestions for monsters that were already human in appearance, I read this suggestion and the idea immediately took form.

Dullahans are evil fairies that commonly wear black and ride a massive black horse. (I didn't draw the horse, but I don't think any of you will blame me for that.) They are also described as a great deal more ghastly in appearance with a massive toothy grin, and rotten moldy skin. If I ever decide to do a proper scary image of one, I will stick closer to the source material. For this I went with a freckled redhead, and I chose to interpret the black clothing as a chance to draw more bondage gear.

Fans of the anime Durarara!! will recognize this one; as that series features one as a main character and I suspect is named after it, though kinda jibbered phonetically. (I haven't seen it, so please refrain from telling me spoilers and the like.)

She's so terribly cute . . . but man, even after a childhood of loving Beetlejuice, a detachable head is STILL creepy.

I also really like the bubblegummy color scheme on this.

Actually, in Durarara!!, Celty misplaced her head somewhere and communicated by typing out whatever she wanted to say on an iPhone (and we just hear her voice narrating it), lol.

Your version's pretty damn awesome in itself :)

Have you Baccano by the same creative team? It's a pretty interesting story in itself set mostly during the Prohibition.
