It is funny to me that even with straight forward themes, and sets with lists of "you must draw these guys" I manage to work in a few obscure characters. The big victory for me in this run is the Ardina/Silver Surfer card.
Ardina (to my knowledge) only ever appeared in the 1978 Silver Surfer graphic novel by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee. I managed to get a copy from my local comic shop, and it was a blast to read (and a great guide for how to do a SS movie without incorporating the Fantastic Four) and the character of Ardina was a stand out amongst the cast. When I was working on these cards, she popped into my head and I knew I had to draw her and the Surfer.
Since I didn't label them, the characters featured here are:
Domino, Boom Boom, Mystique, Destiny, Rogue, Enchantress, Captain Universe, Ardina, Beetle, Jubilee, Valkyrie, Thundra, Wasp, Jocasta, Wasp, Rogue, Medusa, She-Hulk, & Ms. Thing (With Cameos from Cable, Silver Surfer, & Ultron.)
